Louis HoubartLouis Houbart began his career in telecommunications in 1979.  His field know-how, combined with managerial experience, gives him great versatility.  From 2008 to 2011, he was technical director of the C2T3 (Centre collégial de Transfert de Technologies en Télécommunications), a leading Quebec center for technological transfer at the forefront of telecommunications technologies.  As part of his duties, he managed the internal and external staff, while also a senoir trainer in the areas of networking, wireless technologies and optical fiber.

Louis has also developped tenders for various organizations for paging and cellular services.  These tenders have resulted in reduced costs and improved service quality for his clients.

His expertise has led him to carry out various projects, such as: 

Commissioning cell site in Northern Quebec

Development of a training program on the new EDACS radio system deployed in Montreal's subway for Société de Transport de Montréal's technical and engineering teams

Training of trainers of various departments of the Government of Quebec on the use of equipment and the operation of the integrated national network radio (RENIR)

Speaker since 2004 at the telecom conferences organized by Comtois & Carignan (Télécom 20XX)
