 Richard Comtois Telephone : 514-351-2248 e-mail :   Richard Comtois has more than 29 years of experience in telecommunications, having spent the last 21 as an independent consultant. Prior to that, he worked 8 years for Bell Canada, occupying different managerial positions : Long-distance business services, terminal equipement competition, sales support.
As a consultant, Richard has carried out mandates for over 150 entreprises and organizations in Québec and in Canada. His mandates mainly cover the following aspects :  | Strategic telecommunication plans | | Technological orientation plans | | Speaker on trends in the telcom industry | | Advices on technological issues | | Optimizing network services (local and long-distance) | | | Richard Comtois is also the editor of the quarterly newsletter Infotélécom (French) . He produces and presents courses on local services, replacement of telephone systems and voice messaging, IP telephony. He also organizes yearly conferences in Montreal. Throughout the years, Richard has been a speaker for numerous seminars such as CTCA (Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association), l'Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and the International Institut of Research. In 2007, Richard started an informal association of French-speaking consultants counting more than 20 members.
